I cannot fathom all the fuss.
Rooney is a thug. What he did was bloody malevolent, dangerous and
plain stupid.
Ronaldo is a fine player whose only ' sin ' was to wink. Why he winked
and at who only he and God knows. But he was not the referee. He did
not stamp on someone. When needed by his team, he turned up. He
played well. He did not behave like a hoodlum.
England were complete crap. They were out of their depths in every
aspect. They certainly cannot say that they played in any way worse
than before.
In fact they were a bunch of 'never weres' pretending to be 'have beens'.
All the venting of frustration on a decent player ,cannot change that.
Give me a winker to a bunch of wankers any day.
