PS for the avoidance of doubt.. it was 'flukey' because he didn't make full
or proper contact on the ball, and given his position and the strength of
the shot, 9 time out of 10 such a deflection takes it away from any defender
on the line and results in a goal.

Or to put it another way, if it had been a goal we wouldn't have been saying
Derry was 'lucky' would we.. unlike their second goal, for example.
