Like Leeds after we qualified for the play-off, havent we all come out of
the woodwork!!
After downloading 130 e-mails this morning (honest mum only 1 or 2 were
porn) we seem to be ripping into each other big stylee
Here in Oz well Melbourne to be exact, we had well over a 100 in the Dickens
and another 100 at another boozer, packing the places out, singing the
rafters off (which is dangerous as the Dickens is an underground pub!!)
Sea of white, Marhcing On Together ringing out, folks saying they've been
waiting 15 years to meet up like this with fellow Leeds fans
Then onto the game - Yes we were 2nd to Watford, but i KNOW this wasnt ther
worst we have played - in fact I played more attractive football than them
and the odd decision going even remotely Leeds' way and its a whole new game
Tho disappointed, we sang thru to the end, even watching Watford pick up
trophy as we said goodbye to televised Leeds games for another season
Onto the Casino at 2:30am and get slaughtered. Discussed the games and how
gutted we were, but proud of our club from where we had come from. Most
folks on here at the start of this season just gone would not have picked
Leeds to finish as high as they did
So onto another CCC year where, in reality, only Brum looks anything like a
time that will trouble us - Recruiting over the off-season should be easier
now as players will see Leeds as definite promotion candidates, so we need
the following:
- Another keeper (to back Sulli up) and groom for future
- Another CB to be groomed (Leeds DID have 3rd best defence)
- 2 new midfielders plus Stone (Gyfli and Douglass back home)
And that should just about guarantee us promotion
Then onto here and the eat our young philosophy - Ive had shouting matches
on here with some (rightly and wrongly), but few with the vitriol of the
last few days
Sure its hurts, but We Are Leeds so lets move on Together
