For the last quarter of the season Blackwell has been completely exposed as clueless. The man has no plan. no tactics, is absolutely no judge of a players capabilities or talent and certainly can't pick a functional team. He's had plenty of opportunity to demonstrate that his qualifications mean something other than jackshit and quite honestly he has failed.
