he definitively could have let play go on, allowed the goal and
expelled lehman. however I feel thats double punishment. you either
send him off and give a freekick or you let the game flow and let the
goal be the punishment. you could give lehman a yellow card but a red
would be double punishment in my not so humble opinion.
