My mate said that according to the radio the steward who was thumping the lad on being held down was arrested after the match and is going to be done.
As for the stewarding - wtf is it all about? I only manage half a dozen home matches a season, and Crewe was my first one in the Kop this year - every five minutes the bloody stewards were flapping about telling you to sit down and all this carry on. A right pain the lot of em.
I tell you what if I'd wanted to be treated like a child for the afternoon I'd have gone shopping with my missus.

Yes, I saw one of them give a kid on the floor a nasty jab to the back of the neck when he was already subdued. Over the top Stewarding all round - although saying that - why after being asked not to do pillocks still want to run on the pitch?Ted H~
