Yeah, that's the thing with the Internet - there are so many variables!

The one thing that was the straw that broke the camel's back was that their
tech support number could not be called from their network!  I had to use a
pots line to dial the toll call.  When I tried on the VOIP circuit, I got "I'm
sorry, your call cannot be transferred."  Same thing with all their numbers!

Back to our regularly scheduled KX-T help... :-)
