I had tried them, as the price and advertising looked good. However, their network was less than thrilling. Had several weird audio problems that occurred often enough on different internet lines (different ISPs), and I had 0 problems with other providers, so I was able to narrow the problem to their system. The tech support (sounded like India) just had the "stock" answers. There was nothing the tech support people did to look into the situation, they just gave the stock answers, "it must be on your end". Having the service for slightly over a month, I ended up having to eat the $35 setup fee plus a $39 cancellation fee, which obviously was much more than the service cost. I went with another local provider that was more expensive, but had none of the weird problems Broadvoice had. YMMV.
