Wow.  What did your installer say :-)

This one is almost too easy.  RTFM (for you, Mark :-))

The outbound access is controlled by CO Incoming/Outgoing (duh) 
section 3.2.  For CO line number 2 in the upper right, tick off 
outgoing access for the fax line and you get that solved.

Voice mail has a trace feature, remember,  under Utilities.  Turn it 
on, call into the VM 115 #6 101 and leave a message.  It will trace 
out the call and what happens as it ends.  If it can't find a host, 
or password is bad or whatever, it will tell you.

A single line set works fine on a Panasonic phone system but you 
don't get all the features.  You can get most of those features if 
you dial codes.  You can get to the manual if you open up the pdf's 
on the CD.  You don't get context sensitive help, just like you can't 
get to line 3 on the SLT without searching.
