A) Yes, a full bore Panasonic with TVS would have been better,
BUT it was hard to justify for 1 FT/1 PT person with 2
lines.... and a location that may be temporary.
There's a gap in the market; above Radios Hack 2 line phones but
below KXTA+VM systems. Seems to be a dearth of offerings there.
B) There's no reason a 24v loop can't be designed to be balanced
properly; except of course someone cheaping out...
C) We think systems, customers see sets. (Me? If it's not a
WECO 25xx; it's not a phone. Granted the KXTD 7xxx's are
very solid, but....)
When they are unhappy with the features on the set, you'll hear
about.... and it's hard to tell what they'll like until they
use it.
