frankly, we send soho to office max/bestbuy/etc to get weekend specials $75-100 2-3-4 line sets with spkphone, icm, cid. givem' feature hints, they buy what they want, and return exchange (30 days) if not happy with what they bought. And then they get 1/2 line / 1/8box ans machine for $10-70. Charge them fairly for cable/jacks. We've even done 2/3 jacks for free. Goodwill pays off well, sell 'em a real system when they grow, and they will give great referrals to their business friends.
