Hi, This is my first time installing the expension modules on 1232 pbx. I'm installing 16SLC Card (KX-TD174DX) and KX-TD1232 PBX. I have installed it in the expension area 1 and put the internal screw already. I programmed using #109 with A1,E2,C set. However, I cannot be able to hear the dial tone when I attach a single line telephone to the jack. It has 8 Jacks on the board with 4 pins each. I tried to connect the single line telephone on pin 1,2, but it didn't work. So I tried to connect the single line telephone on pin 2,3 and still it is not working. I tried on pin 1,4 as well but it didn't work either. So, I think I'm missing on the cable assignments or am I missing on the programming feature? Your helps would be greatly appreciated.
