I've got a TD-1232 with a TS290 PRI card installed. (ESF/B8ZS NI-1 is being 
provided by the telco.)
 When we make an outgoing call using a PRI CO, and that number is busy, we 
don't hear a busy signal. The CO line just hangs up and the intercom light 
turns greed. A fast busy is heard in the handset.
 Same thing happens when we dial a number that is no longer in service. We 
don't hear the "This number is not in service" or "This number has changed 
to (xxx) xxx-xxxx"
 It's a fairly standard config. Calling the phone company got me nowhere. 
Panasonic support didn't have a clue
 Anyone out there have any ideas?
