First I gotta say, this has been one of the most civil threads regarding 
certification and stuff in years!  I must commend everyone on not getting 
all wound up and lashing out at each other.

Just to add a comment for Michael (Ablecomm)
He's spent more years doing Panasonic installs (20+ I think) than many of us 
active installers, Michael doesn't exactly fall into the category that a lot 
of the internet sellers do. He's always been helpful for finding older 
Panasonic parts and stuff too.

And I don't know how he does it now, but the last time I visited his place 
before he moved away from this area, the inventory was piled from floor to 
ceiling.
