For what it's worth.  I set up a similar scenario on a KX-TD500.   What I did 
was not use DISA at all.  I setup the voice mail to answer the  call, 
allowing the customer to make their selection, using the UCD time table, I  
overflowed to an extension on the voice mail that was assigned to a specific  
port, say 
port 4, which is ext 169.  I programmed that port to provide a  different 
custom service greeting to option the caller, 1 to be placed into the  queue 
again or 2, leave a message, which transfered them to the operators  mailbox.  
I 
also made sure that the extension for that port was in a  different extension 
group to avoid any interaction with the other ports once I  assign them to be 
in a auto-attendant group.  Hope this helps.
