hi- i'm having a line pulled out of our hunt group, so that one jack could have a direct line, without bothering the operators.
to test it -- the way i did it was using code #603, going to the appropriate jack, then flipping it to 'immdtly'. The extension rang, and I figured that would work for when I get the line pulled from the hunt group. so, i put the jack back how it was (co:01-noring), but now when people call that line, the extension still rings! i've checked 3 or 4 times, heh, but the jack still rings -- and i don't want it to until i get that line pulled from the hunt. any tips on what i might be doing wrong? any tips on a better way to provision a direct line? i have a 1232 btw.. thanks! jeff. _________________________________________________________________ KX-T Mailing list --- http://kxthelp.com/ Subscription changes: http://kxthelp.com/mailman/listinfo/kxt
