The 8 built-in CO's are useable with th T-1 card installed.

BUT!  The original T-1 card does not support TR-0008, which is how most phone 
companies deliver name and number 
info (caller-id) over a T-1.

If you use a REAL T-1 device (like a Adtran channel bank), it understands TR08 
and will put the CID tones on the 
broken-out (pots) lines, which the pano box co 1 thru 8 will present to the 
sets.  I guess you could use a 
drop/insert box on the incoming T-1 to pull out line 1-4 to send to a channel 
bank that then goes to co 1-4, and 
pass the rest of the T-1 to the T-1 card.  (not worth it)

Now if you are using the PRI card, disregard the above.  We never had the 
courage to try the PRI card ;-)

Does anyone know if the d500 supports a T-1?  and TR-0008?  Last I heard, Pano 
dumped T-1 and is only pushing PRI 
and voip.
