Actually, price being relative, Voiceworks 16 is a product of ESI of Texas. http://www.esi-estech.com/standalones.html gets you to the description of the VM and Call Accounting systems that they make. Don, I have an old Installation/Programming manual for Voiceworks Feature Set II. The box doesn't look like the one on the website, but maybe the installation and programming would be similar.
