Charles P. pretty much nailed the answers to your questions, but I have a couple of different suggestions.... > >1. During DAY mode I want it to ring the auto attendant and that is >working fine. At night I want it to play a voicemail saying the office >is closed and to leave a message. How would I handle this? Is there a >way to switch modes from DAY to NIGHT manually from the operator >console? We close every night at a different time. You can switch the VM into nights from anywhere in the world, but not by pressing a single button. It's by using the 999 administrator's box to manually switch to night mode. >2. We have two operator's so we have two operator phones (101 & >102) . I have set up 101 to be the operator 1 and 102 to be operator 2. >I want them both to ring at the same time when someone presses 0 or when >someone presses say 3 for the operator? Is this possible? Yes and NO. Takes an extra port and the key is to ring a 3rd station and program a button with directed call pickup. >3. With Each Voicemail box say for ext 105. You can't have a VTR with the KXT123211D & TVS50 with APITs can >you? Like we used to say BWAHH HAAA HAAAA I have a new client who wanted to buy a system for the future, but he's larger than a 308 and smaller than a 624 today ie 2x9 plus fax and VM. I talked him into the TA-624 for 6 months and we will look to see what the 848 is all about. He has time to ramp up, and if he absolutely needs to ramp up quickly, we can add the 70 card, 77 card, or change out the system. I just "lent" him my maintenance spare.
