Thanks for the thorough response. With your help I think we have gotten it working for the most part. Since switching between day and night seems to be a problem we would like to this.
I have setup Automatic Switching on the TVS50. During night mode I would like to play a different first prompt say "We are closed but you can still access your parties voicemail by the following blah blah" Where do I record this prompts for night? Is there no direct mailbox access with the 123211d and tvs50. You always have to press #6 * Mailbox even if you are calling from your own extension. I have even tried programming a button.
