Yes, the problem is that some clients are a little too eager to get their
system installed, but not so eager to pay "Upon Job Completion" as the
Estimates and Invoices all say. So now is the time to start getting them to
sign contracts, fill out credit apps, and leave 50% deposits. Don't you love
dealing with these types??

I use a sales contract I wrote with a very lengthy paragraph on warranty and
liabilities, and  legal section on collections for nonpayment, which I have
the unfortunate case of having occur way too often here.
