I'd SWAG that any conference bridge of note should be installed
on digital trunkage [PRI, or maybe multiple BRI's]. The reason
is you can't just add amps to make up for loop losses without
creating instability. Further, you need real supervision.

Here, we have some unmetered service that's $200/month. I think
that's outright robbery but everything else I have found is
metered  /minute/port.
