Conference bridges are expensive. Expect starting price to be at least
US$15,000, and quickly goes up from there. Of course, you'll need the
trunking to allow it as well. I don't recall what the TD500 will support,
but it may not be able to support a conference bridge in addition to its
normal trunking duties. Many conference bridges use a T1 interface to the
PBX.

Maybe outsourcing to one of the many conference bridge services will be a
better solution. I'd honestly be surprised if someone with a Panasonic phone
system would be willing to ante up for a conference bridge.

Subject: KX-T: Conference Bridge

| Hi Guys,
|
| We have a Panasonic KX-TD500 installation in a major Software Development
Company. The Client is looking for a Conference Bridge Unit to be installed
or interfaced with the KX-TD500.
|
| We are not aware of any such hardware that is available as a standard
equipment for the Panasonic KX-TD500. Are any of you aware of any such
product availability from Panasonic or a compatible one from a third party?
If available, what could be the tentative cost in US$. We would appreciate
the name and contact details of the Vendor too, if available.
|
| Thanx and Regards
| Neil.
