Been there , done that a couple of times. Well gotta tell you that a T1 into your KSU is not the way I prefer. I insist upon a channel bank from the CLEC so that I end up with POTS lines terminated onto a RJ25. Make the CLEC pay for the magic black box to decipher the T1 , don't make the customer pay for a card (expensive), especially since your only messin with 8-9 lines. Make sure the CLEC is not in or near bankruptcy like many are. Make the CLEC supply a tech on site and a programmer at their switch the day of cutover so that if there are any problems your customer dosn't suffer for long. Check the loop current and the ring voltage from their channel bank!! It has been known to affect your customers switch. and GOOD LUCK dealing with the CLEC.
