plan on auto attendant and custom service prompts? when setting up a vm system, make sure mailboxes are NOT assigned for the kitchen or copy room. later, when the customer records their co greeting and custom service prompts, they can go to the kitchen, dial the voice mail system (165 -or- 222 if you're kind to your customers). the system will then play them just like a real caller called in.
