Sometimes....when you get big and you are "all that" you lose track of it all and you get unorganized, it's very easy to turn your cheek the other way and find a way to blame it on staff or sales people......they don't care ......all they want is $$$$$$$ just look at their pricing........I don't know how do they get away with pricing product so low and not see that they are cut-throating everyone around them I wish we could all get together and come up with some reasonable "CAP"........I'm just thinking out loud here
