A few other things: (1) Customer is upgrading from an older analog system for more capacity or to have CID or better VPS operation, but customer plans to keep old analog phones, or likes the looks of the 7300s better than 7400s. (2) Customer can buy it wholesale without certification. (3) Customer wants CID on CW. (4) Customer can buy it wholesale without certification. (5) The A1232 could handle four door intercom speakers before the D1232 could. (6) Customer can buy it wholesale without certification. Michael N.
