As I said before,

1. Try to find out if it happens on a schedule.
2. As if anyone has added a new piece of equipment, computer, laptop, fax, etc.
3. If all else fails. Make an inventory of every piece of equipment that is
connected to the PBX jacks.
4. Get a helper from the company, go off hook for about 30-40 seconds on
every item to see if you can duplicate it.
You want to do this from scratch starting at Jack 01 A & B, and work your
way up to Jack 32 A & B.
This will take time so only as a last resort.
AND

While we are talking about time...
You said you replaced the PBX?

Now you keep track of your time and bill for it.

No, there is no transmitter near the ksu or the wiring. Since they do have
some Nextels, I will be checking more closely to be sure, but I believe they
are only using some handhelds and I've only seen them on a different floor
in the building.

I'm pretty sure I'll find a jack wired up wrong, maybe to a modem or fax
machine that is shorting out a data pair. Since I didn't do the wiring, I
can't vouch for quality workmanship...

I'll post what I find.
