No, there is no transmitter near the ksu or the wiring. Since they do have some Nextels, I will be checking more closely to be sure, but I believe they are only using some handhelds and I've only seen them on a different floor in the building.
I'm pretty sure I'll find a jack wired up wrong, maybe to a modem or fax machine that is shorting out a data pair. Since I didn't do the wiring, I can't vouch for quality workmanship...
