Hi, I'm an end user that purchased two units from Ablecomm. Both units arrived with those heavy manuals and I'm glad they sent those manuals to me.
I say this because not everywhere is disneyland and not everywhere there is a Pana dealer, rep, or programmer that will gladly do his job without charging hundreds of dollars. I'm not against tech, since I'm also a tech guy, but in my country, pana guys simply do not want to give support if you purchased the equipment from others (not even warranty, nor sell you new phones or accesories) Now one thing is that the customer does his programming alone, and has the manuals (is his right since this person buyed the equipment) and other is that the customer did not fully understood the manual and asks for a Payed support to the local dealer. Now how about if you want a Dash 5 and your local dealer just sells Dash 2? Or, if you want a KX-T7456-B and your dealer only knows about KX-T7235 white? Would you buy your local dealer or buy outside? Would you ask your local dealer to program luch and break stuff even if on his manual does not show this? Pana should include the manuals in PDF format and also available to anyone via FTP since are Panasonic specific!!! Thank you for your time and patience with mere mortals Javier Galvez La Paz, Bolivia South America PD I did enjoy reading and learning from the manual to operate my 1232-5 and TVS-200 [EMAIL PROTECTED] writes: >yeah, wrong hands. like customers...
