I'm kind of wishing for a better designed product advertising product. There are parts of the cd that I would love to give to some customers, but as a whole it really doesn't fit most of them. It is good that it can be sent by mail, ... to pc users, I would rather see a good brochure that covered the basics of the system and left all the bells and whistles to the last page. The brochure writers love to give all the neat special features central space. Most of those items don't mean anything to the customers when they first look at it... ARS, Log-in/out, Station Lock, Phantom Extensions, TAFAS...
