My static port started out per plans and it was never an issue. Over the years I have added additional instruments and now it is just vented to the inside behind the panel. My indicated stall and vertical speeds are the same with either installation. My cruise speed is 125 mph with a Hoverhawk 54 x 49. Revmaster 2100D. My stall is 53mph IAS and cruise around 125 mph IAS with the 2180 VW and 52x48 Prince P-tip prop. I believe you are running a Corvair?
