Wondering what most KR builders have done for pitot /static probe mounting locations.
Specifically the static source as per the plans (upper tube for pitot and lower for static) built option has been poor . Turbulence and air flow over the wing and wheel pant cause unstable vertical speed fluctuations. Looking to change my static source to the side of the fuselage like a Cessna or something else.
