John, as much as I’d like to make every part of my aircraft serviceable, the 
idea of epoxy bedding the AN3 bolts into the spar makes a lot of sense, since 
there are no bushings. Since I’m unlikely to remove the WAFs short of 
catastrophic damage, I’ll consider this approach.
