John, thanks for your comments. According to the index, there were also lots of corrections to measurement mistakes and such. I'm not sure I necessarily agreed with some of his additions of structure, and anyway was not going to tear into anything already completed to make modifications, but I just thought perhaps there would be some interesting and useful info in the 29 pages.
