Many aircraft built in the 30's and 40's are stored in unheated barns and hangars in every conceivable weather condition and still remain airworthy.  Depending on the type of glue used, any project that received the minimal amount of protection from the weather should remain in good condition.  The wood in our projects was possibly hundreds of years old when it started life as aircraft building material and with good care will be in good condition well after we're gone.  Appearance and testing should indicate condition.
