I checked with Rob's suggestion to contact Wicks; they only have the 6063 material and they checked & confirmed it does have the non-radiused inner corner angles. I did put in a quotation request with an aviation materials metal firm and am awaiting their reply. Larry's question about the control stops is right on the money; there are no stops installed at the input-end of the control loop. So if the horn failed due to too much input pressure, installing stops may be the next best solution. If I could get under the header tank that is...
