It won't be at all similar. I got a little stick time in an RV and it was similar. I believe that all that you will accomplish by getting time in the 152, will be to convince you that you must convert it to a nose wheel.
If you do buy the plane and want to convert it to a nose wheel, which I am not advocating (Tail wheel Bigot), I do have a brand new Diehl Nose Wheel, including fairing and pant, which I will be glad to sell to you. Daniel R. Heath - Lexington, SC -----Original Message----- Thanks, Jim. There is a flight school about an hour from me that offers tail wheel training in a Cessna 152 (converted). I'm due for a BFR anyway, so I'm going to see if I can work something out with them, and it will give me an opportunity to try it out. Supposing for the sake or argument that I buy a TD KR, and don't like it. Is the nosegear conversion still available from Diehl? How difficult and how much time would it take to convert to FT gear?
