From looking at the photos I would say there is a good chance it would qualify. Only way to know for sure would be to contact the FSDO office for your area, give them the web page, have them look at what is left to complete, and give you an answer. While it may look rather complete I can tell you there is at least 51% left to do before first flight. Larry Flesner 13 years building, 5 years flying, and LOVING IT !!!!
