make my wings

Don't do it just because I did it!   I left mine short because I didn't have
the foresight to make my spars longer than the plans call for.  I'm planning
on extending them a bit to get more lift so I can climb better, glide
further, and land slower, but I wanted to do some testing with the short
wings first so I could answer your question.  But it'll be a few more months
before I can answer it.  I want to measure the speed difference, but I'm
already convinced that whatever the speed penalty is, it's worth it for the
three reasons I mentioned above....
