I made my own. The third picture down shows the carb heat box at
http://www.engalt.com/engine.htm. There is another picture of the carb heat
box two thirds of the way down at http://www.engalt.com/fuel1.htm and one of
the cabin heat box a few further down. The carb heat box came with the
plane and I just copied he same design when I made the cabin heat box. They
were bent up of aluminum and pop rivited. The carb heat box had flanges
that were bent up. On the cabin heat box I bought a flange from Spruce. It
only took me half a Saturday to make it. Since I have access to a CNC
turret punch and CNC bending equipment I have thought of building prepunched
kits, but I figured there wouldn't be that big of a market.

Has anyone got a drawings, plans of a home made cabin heat and Carb heat
they may have made. I made one but when I got it welded up, it warped one
side and the flap now does not work properly.

A/Spruce have them for $100 US phl shipping.
Has anyone made their own??
