if your wondering how to keep your mylar tape from peeling up from fight times
heres a methode i used to do when i was a comercial aircraft painter***** after
painting an aircraft we would have to re-placard **** these were generally
stickers ( just like your tape ) after the placards were applied we would then
paint with a small detail brush clear paint ( urathan or enamel ) arround the
edges** this keeps air and contaminates from working under the tape ***** if
this works on 747s flying over 400 mph then is should work on a KR flying less
than 200
