I once repaired a damaged premolded wing tip for a friend. It was damaged by a "blow" in shipping and appeared to have a crack in the resin with a "crush" look to that area. I held a piece of lightweight alum on the back side to hold the shape, heated the resin with a heat gun to the melting point and then let cool. The end result was that you could not tell the piece was ever damaged. Sooooo, I'd go with Ed's suggestion and try to melt the T-88 with a heat gun. Watch the heat as you could set fire to the wood. Put the joint under constant pressure to seprate and bring up the heat. If it works, sand off the T-88 to bare wood and start over. Larry Flesner
