Every area is going to be different to the extremes. I purchased a T hangar 7 years ago for $5000 and used it for approx 3 years and sold it for $5000. I purchased a larger end hanger for $7000 and it would hold the Tripacer, KR, and my 18 foot aircraft hauling trailer. Now the airport is talking about taking out the hangars to build an access road through that area to the local Wal-Mart! Like they can't drive around the airport to get there? My thought on trailering a KR to the airport each flight is that I think I'd rather drive an hour each way (or more) rather than remove and install the wings each time. Without special provisions (like folding wings) it just wouldn't happen for me. I don't even like the thought of pulling my wings this spring to repaint !! Larry Flesner
