It's easier and CHEAPER to build (or buy) an enclosed trailer and tow the thing to the airport.
Sure it is, if you can afford the time to put the wings on and take them off everytime. And if you are willing to allow your plane to suffer all the damage that will result from doing that and towing it back and forth. Hangars at our airport just went up to $170 for a T hangar. This is fully paved with floor and steel rollaway door. I think it is expensive, but we got them for $100 for a long time which was a steal. There is enough room in one for 2 KRs or other such small plane, but right now, we don't have anyone who wants to share because they just got finished building a bunch of new ones.
