I have 2 Facet fuel pumps. When I apply power, they make a high frequency buzzing sound and do not pump anything. When I look inside the output port, I can see the little white ball vibrating inside. I cannot even feel any air being moved on either side of the pump.
Any ideas on what might be the problem. I am using my 12 V 6A battery charger for a power supply.
