Cliff, The value of any KR depends on many things. Quality of workmanship, current condition. Equipment intalled, etc. $8000.00 sounds reasonable to me providing the workmanship is good, and it has a VW engine in good working order and basic VFR instruments. The only way to really tell what you are buying is look at it and if possible take someone with you that is familar with the KR aircraft.
