There is one nice thing about the KR. ?The foam is vary forgiving. Were ever 
there's a hole just square up the hole and glue in a new piece foam with some 
mico and fiberglass resin then glass over it. You ?can even glue in foam with a 
glue gun.My opinion on washers is that whenever you have a load bearing bolts 
going though wood. You use a fender washer. ?Otherwise by the time you get the 
required torque you have damaged the wood.?
