Steve. Thanks for the advice. I have been messing around with this since I 
bought the plans in 1980. The wheel is already redesigned a bit and I don't 
mind a little more. I have had many a conversation with our local EAA chapter 
and others about this subject and as of yet no one has come back with a 
definitive answer. A lot of "that's interesting" statements, but nothing to 
completely discourage me from continuing.
Guess it is the Engineer in me
