Not that I advocate it but there are KR1 plans on Ebay that are sold with the caveat that they are for "investigation only" and not to be used to build the plane. To get a set of these while you are waiting for the official ones is an option- it is still good to get a real set and support the KR community (that is what I did) Bill Masq
